ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT
The regulations and laws applicable to environmental issues are gradually becoming more demanding, absorbing an increasingly important resource in business. To help our clients in this area, Stenco created a service called AmbiStenco by which we take responsibility for assessing and managing environmental documentation of the establishment, ensuring compliance with all aspects of Environment and Safety
EQUIPMENT & PROJECTS
Most of the Process and Service Establishments need water qualities that often do not correspond with the source available, whether water from public network or from own supply (wells, rivers, wetlands, ...). Stenco have experience and ability to design any type of modular equipment for water treatment, as well as undertaking several and specific complete engineering projects, reverse osmosis, filtration, demineralization, electrodeionization, ultrafiltration, denitrification, decalcification, etc ...
LEGIONELLA PREVENTION
Regulations on Legionella Prevention and Control has developed over recent years based on different legal provisions both state and regional level with an increasingly high demand. Stenco has all the services and capabilities to help customers meet these standards, qualified technicians, and maintenance treatment programs, specific biocides registered themselves for disinfection brigades and ENAC accredited laboratory to perform all necessary tests and and those specific for Legionella.
MONITORING AND
The visibility and continuous evaluation of the results is undoubtedly the basis of success to meet the objectives of a Water Management Program. Stenco has developed a specific application of monitoring the critical variables to control equipment and / or water systems, so as to obtain continuous records and charts of control parameters. The system has a communication module through web page that allows control "On-Line" remote monitoring and acting on data. It is also possible to issue alarms for out of control variables and their management.
REUSE OF TREATED WATER
The increasing cost of water, which corresponds to their increasing degree of scarcity over exploitation of groundwater, makes water reuse projects more and more necessary to achieve environmental sustainability goals. Stenco has an Engineering Department that could look at any opportunity to reuse water, both in the industrial market as the Buildings and Services. The projects are tailored to the client's needs and with strict attention to regulations and laws applicable.
TECHNICAL ADVICE AND LEGAL
Our clients have the skills and experience of Stenco in all areas of legal and technical advice for proper water management. We inform, advise and assist in making decisions about the best investment options for improving the quality of both incoming water and the discharge, and from the legal point of view they have our support for the legalization of projects, advice and processing of resource records, derived all of our experience and regular contact with the Administration.
TRAINING COURSES
Stenco has been a pioneer for over 40 years as a training company, starting with the Courses of Industrial Boiler Operators. We currently have a wide range of training courses: Boiler Operator, Prevention and Control of Legionella, WWTP Operator's, Pools, and Legislative Technical Conference today, as well as seminars on Wastewater Treatment and Management of Effective Water. Courses are held throughout the country, and "In-Company Training."
WASTEWATER TREATMENT
Proper waste management will result in a reduction in operating costs and water bills of our customers, while avoiding undesirable penalties for exceeding the discharge limits set by the relevant regulations. Stenco studies and designs solutions for all discharges from sanitary or domestic water to the most complex and demanding industrial effluents. For this goal we will have executed many projects including pre-treatments and physico-chemical, biological, tertiary or combination thereof.
WATER ANALYSIS LABORATORY
A correct diagnosis and periodic monitoring to guide our clients toward sound water management initially involves performing reliable analysis for all grades of water: drinking, industrial and / or landfill, as well as swimming in the hotel industry, spa and fitness centre. Stenco has a modern art instrumentation and laboratory analysis of physical, chemical and microbiological ENAC and approved in all Autonomous Communities and Water Boards, in order that our results are valid for our clients.
WATER ENGINEERING
Stenco apart to have modular equipment water treatment up to 50 m3 / h dosing systems, metering and control equipment, filters, derogatory, and so on, also has the technological capacity to carry out engineering projects related to the collection, purification, processing, treatment and reuse of water in all its full cycle. Our Technical Department has engineers, chemists and biologists, all technologists with extensive experience in the sector.
WATER MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
Our goal is to provide comprehensive Solutions for the needs our customers have regarding the Water Management (water supply, steam generators, cogeneration, cooling circuits, process water, waste, etc. ..) so that while increasing their productivity also achieve their goals of environmental sustainability.
